Mike and Stephanie Brogdon surround son Connor before a 2022 MLB playoff game. Connor, then with the Philadelphia Phillies, is back in the Majors, this time with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.

Former Liberty Hawks baseball standout Connor Brogdon has made it back to the Major Leagues.

Brogdon was called up Tuesday by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim and made his Angels debut in Wednesday’s victory over Toronto.

Brogdon entered the eighth inning with the Angels trailing 4-2. He allowed a lead-off single, but got a pop out. After another single, Brogdon induced an inning-ending double play.
