The Liberty Hawks boys golf team won the Northwest Sequoia Conference championship for the second time in three years. Back row, from left, are Jax Dahlem, Cruz Garica, Kobe Garcia, and Bishin Mahil. Front row, from left, are Tim Caldon, Asher Hall, and Blake Perez.

For the second time in the past three years, the Liberty Hawks boys golf team claimed the conference championship, cementing its place as a rising powerhouse in Central Valley high school golf.

The Hawks opened their impressive season at the Madera County Kickoff, putting on a strong showing against other local schools and setting the tone for what would become a memorable campaign.

Through a series of successful dual meets, the team fine-tuned its lineup and gained confidence versus Kerman, Madera, Mission Oak, and Central.
