Political assassinations are not uncommon. They happen often and always have. But every so often, every once-in-a-solar-flare, an assassination changes the course of history.
Julius Caesar, Abraham Lincoln, Archduke Franz Ferdinand, John F. Kennedy, Martin Luther King Jr.
Some of these assassinations started wars. Some overturned civilizations. Still others altered hearts and minds. The murder of Charlie Kirk will likely change the course of American history.
