WASCO — The Liberty Hawks had trouble stopping the Wasco Tigers’ rushing attack, and it cost them in a 27-10 Div. V semifinal playoff loss Friday night.
The second-seeded Tigers rushed for 363 yards. On top of that, they had seven possessions, and four ended in touchdowns and they didn’t punt.
The third-seeded Hawks had chances to stay with the Tigers, but Wasco proved too much in the running game.
