Coyotes fall to Memorial Panthers

Madera’s Isabel Rodriguez looks for an open teammate during Friday’s match with San Joaquin Memorial. Rodriguez scored Madera’s lone goal in a 4-1 loss in Memorial Stadium.

After heading into halftime tied at one, the Madera Coyotes allowed three late second half goals in a 4-1 loss to the San Joaquin Memorial- Fresno Panthers in Memorial Stadium.

The Coyotes could have entered the half with a 1-0 lead, but a careless mental error allowed the Panthers to score 45 seconds into the match.

However, the Coyotes tied the score 12 minutes later, but couldn’t find any more offense outside of that goal.
