Bryce Poore, Kaylin McKinney, McKayla Batty and Matthew Ylarregui are the  2016-2017 Madera County 4-H All Star Leadership team.

They are all members of the Howard 4-H club.

This summer, they attended a statewide leadership conference at Humbolt State, where they were motivated by inspirational speakers, attended educational sessions, enjoyed paddle boarding and meeting other youth from across the state.

As a Madera County All Star, they will help organize and run county 4-H events throughout the year.

One of their biggest responsibility will be in January where they will do a session at a leadership conference with youth age 12-14 from 25 counties at Wonder Valley Ranch.
