Hailey Volkmar

Hailey Volkmar is 11 years old and a sixth grader at Dairyland School.

At age 8, she started as a mini-member and is now in her third year at Alview-Dairyland 4-H club.

This year, Hailey will stay busy with 4-H, travel softball and Relay for Life. Her goal is to try new things this year and meet new people along the way.

Hailey’s 4-H projects are dairy, swine, arts and crafts, and scrapbooking. She may also attend a few dairy judging meetings to see if it sparks an interest for her.

Rachel says that being a 4-H member has helped her become more responsible and independent.

Most of all, Rachel loves 4-H because it is fun and she gets to spend time with friends.
