Madera PD: shooting suspects arrested

The Madera Police Department responded to a call about a shooting victim Thursday evening that resulted in a death.

MPD has identified and arrested two suspected in connection with the homicide in the area of Country Club Drive and Clark Street.

Life-saving measures were attempted on the victim, but he succumbed to his injuries.

Madera Police arrested 21-year-old Gonzalo Barrios and 20-year-old Jose Perez, both from Madera, and were booked into Madera County Jail.
