Letters: We are all Americans; Californians

The Pride flag should not be flown over City Hall. This is an easy public policy decision for the following reasons:

1) The actions of our city should be neutral reference all citizens, dealing with each equally at the least common denominator.

2) Our city administration is responsible to implement policies that limit our financial exposure to unnecessary litigation.
