How come manhole covers are always in our wheel tracks and not in the middle of them? Why do island dividers protrude to far into the intersection? They all have black marks on them.
Why do they plant trees in front of stop signs? How come they make multi-lane roundabouts? How come left turn arrows turn red before the lane is empty?
