Class of 2021 MSHS Commencement Ceremony

When: Thursday, June 10 at 7:30 p.m. with gates opening at 6 p.m. in Memorial Stadium

MEMORIAL STADIUM OPENING: For parents and other spectators, the gates to Memorial Stadium will open at 6 p.m. All guests will need to have their graduation ticket to enter. Face masks are required. MSHS will operate a drink-only concession stand. The Commencement Ceremony will begin at 7:30 p.m.

PHOTOGRAPHS: Photographers will take pictures of each graduate just after they receive their diploma. These professional photos will be available for purchase. Spectators will not be allowed on the stadium field.

POST CEREMONY: Spectators will not be allowed onto the field at any time. The graduates will be returning to Madison Elementary School campus to get their diplomas. We ask family and friends to meet up with their graduates once they are released from the Madison campus.

GUEST PARKING: Madera South Athletics booster clubs will offer guest parking for $5.00 at three separate lots — the MHS frosh/JV baseball field (enter off L Street), the grass area behind the MHS varsity softball field (enter off Coyote Lane), and the lot across from the MHS varsity baseball field (enter off Coyote Lane). Family members may not park in the Madison parking lot. That lot is reserved for graduates and staff

HANDICAPPED PARKING: Handicapped parking is offered only to guests with designated handicapped plates or stickers and will be located on the grass area between the field house and home side concession stand. Please enter on Coyote Lane (next to the varsity baseball field) and you will be directed to the parking areas. A shuttle for those individuals needing assistance will be provided to take them into the stadium area where handicapped seating will be provided.

FOOD, DRINKS, BALLOONS, FLOWERS: No food or drinks will be allowed into the stadium, with exception of senior citizens and infants. Sealed bottled water is allowed. Guests may not bring balloons inside the stadium. Flowers and other gifts are available to purchase inside the stadium.
