Letter: Where does the money go?

Supervisor David Rogers gave a vague description of Madera’s budget spending. The total gross amount was not mentioned, just percentages.

Adding the percentages comes to more than 100 percent! Perhaps that is part of the problem. Roads get 7.4 percent of something and libraries get 2 percent. Seems like roads have a far more need for cash than the libraries ... just in the scope of things. All entries are even numbers except the 7.4 percent for roads. Somewhere there is 0.6 percent floating around out there.

The story seems to be a bunch of blah, blah, blah. Just a filler for the paper. Perhaps this letter will be the same.
