Letter: Suspicions about handicap placards

So glad to see Chuck Doud write about handicapped parking abuse!

I’ve been suspicious of one shopping center mall handicap parking spots for a long time. Those places are almost always full when I arrive; not many folks look handicapped!

Problem is, the article won’t be read by a lot of people. Maybe those in charge of seeing this law enforced will now be on alert.
