Fresno deputy recovering after collision with another car
FRESNO, Calif. (AP) — Authorities say a Fresno County sheriff's deputy who was injured in a collision with another car has undergone successful surgery and continues to recover at a hospital.
The deputy was taken on Tuesday to a hospital with a broken nose and a broken leg from the crash. His name has not been released.
Fresno County Sheriff's Office spokesman Tony Botti says the deputy's injuries are not life-threatening
The other driver sustained minor injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
