Petrucci promoted in Space Force

Cooling center activated for heat
Due to anticipated excessive heat, as defined by www.weather.gov, the City of Madera Cooling Center is tentatively scheduled to open Monday-Wednesday at the Pan American Community Center (703 Sherwood Way) from 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Cooling centers are available on weekdays only. Days of activation vary depending on weather conditions. COVID-19 measures will still be in affect. Participants are required to wear a face-covering. Madera wineries win awards
Each summer season, the California wine world is abuzz with news from the prestigious Sunset International Wine Competition. More than 2,900 vintages vie for the annual accolades, and this year, two of Madera County’s wineries took home double gold. MCDPH vaccinating 3-5-year-olds
Madera County Department of Public Health (MCDPH) announced that starting last Saturday, the COVID-19 vaccine for ages 3 to 5 will be available at the Madera Public Health Clinic, 1604 Sunrise Avenue.
