Woods signs to become a Bulldog

One of the tallest students to attend Liberty High School can see red, white and blue in the future. 

It’s not hard to find Stetson Woods on the baseball field — he doesn’t even need the 12-inch-high mound to get noticed. Woods, who stands six feet, eight inches, towers above the rest of his teammates and fulfilled a lifelong dream last week by signing his National Letter of Intent to play baseball at Fresno State. 

“It’s amazing,” Woods said. “I’m really blessed to become a Bulldog.”

Woods was the No. 3 pitcher for the Liberty pitching staff last season and is expected to be the ace of the staff this season...
