The LoanMart Madera Speedway is getting ready for the return of the Winged World Series this Saturday, where winged sprint cars face off against the super modified class.

Madera driver Kyle Vanderpool, in a super modified car, drove to victory in the first three races of the series and appeared to take the fourth over winged sprint driver Tim Skoglund the last time they met at the Madera track.

However, unapproved engine modifications disqualified Vanderpool, which gave Skoglund the victory and the points lead.
