When it comes to having an effective running game in football, most coaches will say there has to be a legitimate threat of the pass.

The reason being is to keep the defense honest and, not to mention, bring up extra defenders to the line of scrimmage to stop the run.

The Stallions, and in particular head coach Scott Donegan, are known to run the ball a lot.

The program has been a run-first team since it began the sport in 2006 and proved so in a Week 2 game by rushing the ball 55 times in a 14-13 loss at Liberty Madera Ranchos...
