Stallions look for first win against Memorial

When the Madera South football team steps onto the Memorial Stadium turf tonight, the Stallions (1-6, 0-2 County/Metro Athletic Conference) will seek the program’s first CMAC win since joining the league last year.

Madera South will also be looking for its first football victory against San Joaquin Memorial-Fresno (5-2, 1-1) as the Stallions and Panthers collide in a 7:30 p.m. feature.

The teams have played each other twice as North Yosemite League opponents in past seasons. The Panthers are 3-0 all-time against the Stallions, which includes a 35-6 win last season in Fresno.
