FRESNO — The Madera South Stallions and the Liberty Hawks headed into their match-up to conclude the Fresno Easter Classic winners of doubleheaders the day before.

When the final out was recorded, Liberty could point to two plays that made the difference in the outcome, while the Stallions used the game as a confidence builder continuing into the County/Metro Athletic Conference.

Liberty scored four runs in the top of the first, but the Stallions answered back with seven unanswered runs for a 7-6 victory Wednesday at Hoover-Fresno High School.
