Although he is just 19 matches into his high school coaching career, Madera South girls volleyball coach Nate Perez got his most important win of his career against the Edison-Fresno Tigers.
The Stallions lost to the Tigers twice in a span of three hours two weeks ago at the Madera Classic Volleyball Tournament. The Stallions turned the results around Thursday night with a 3-1 County/Metro Athletic Conference victory at Madera South.
“This is a huge win for the program,” Perez said. “This solidified the work we did at practice.”
