CLOVIS — After a frustrating day at the Buchanan Preseason Tournament, the Madera South Stallion softball team closed out the day with a 9-6 victory over McLane-Fresno.
The Stallions headed into the final game with a 4-2 loss to Central Valley Christian-Visalia and a 4-0 loss to Exeter on Wednesday.
Kristina Valle highlighted the Stallion day at the plate with two triples against McLane and Destanie Zaragosa hit a double among Madera South’s 10 hits and drove in three runs in the win.
