Fresh off an 11-2 season that saw the Madera South football team capture the North Yosemite League title and earn a trip to the Central Section Division III semifinals, the Stallions got back to the practice field with the hopes of building on that success.
In two weeks, the Stallions will host Kerman in the season opener at Memorial Stadium.
After losing a majority of the starters from last season’s record-setting team, head coach Scott Donegan is excited to see which of his players will step up into the roles left behind with the exit of 25 seniors.
