The Madera South football team will travel to Fresno today to take on the defending Central Section Division I runner-up Bullard in the County/Metro Athletic Conference opener.
The Stallions (0-5) will face an up-and-down Knights team at McLane Stadium with kickoff at 7:30 p.m.
Bullard is 3-2 on the season with puzzling blowout losses to Clovis West and Buchanan-Clovis.
