It’s getting to the point where whatever meet the Madera South cross country team attends, the Stallions always seem to make a significant impact.

Their latest meet in Salinas was no different.

In the 19th annual Earlybird Invitational, the Stallions had individual runners not only repeat as winners but dominate in their respective fields while Madera South overall continued its traditional team success. 

“We felt really good about the performance of the total team and it was real nice to see how we were doing as group,” Stallion head coach Rich Parris said. “We showed a lot of promise and it was exciting to see. We’re really liking the direction we’re going.” ...
