Due to a heavy storm system moving through California this weekend the Spring Fling season opener has been pushed back at the Madera Speedway. March 24 will be the season opener on the new race track at the Speedway and the entire show that was going to happen Saturday, will now happen on March 24.

The Coors Light Open Late Models will race in a 100-lap main event, the West Coast Enduro drivers will run in a 250-lap main event, and the Hobby Stock & 4-Banger open will compete in 50-lap mains.

Adult tickets are $15, seniors and military are $13, Youth (6-10) are $10, and kids five and under are free.

The Smokey Hanoian Classic, which was scheduled for March 24, has been moved to April 7 and it will kick off the local racing action featuring the LunkerDaddy Late Models, Sport Modifieds, Hobby Stocks, MST’s, Toyota Sedans and the 4-Bangers...
