CLOVIS — Despite a sunny Saturday, a constant rain during the nighttime hours was enough to force the postponement of the Buchanan Preseason Tournament, forcing three Madera teams to figure out their schedules.
Originally, the tournament was postponed an hour and later it was announced the tournament would be postponed for a week. For the Madera Coyotes, it works out because they have an open date Saturday.
The only concern for head coach Judy Shaubach is that Fresno State will hold entrance testing that date and two players are expected to take those tests.
