SEMCU to host soccer clinic

The Southeast Madera County United foundation, in conjunction with the Madera Parks and Community Services, will host the Madera County Soccer Fest 2014 at Liberty High School and at Madera High School's Memorial Stadium July 29-31.

The soccer fest is a free soccer clinic for boys and girls aged 6-19 and will be coached by personnel from Chivas USA and the Fresno Fuego. 

Players will also be included in a drawing to win a free ticket and transportation to the Chivas USA vs. San Jose Earthquakes Major League Soccer match on Oct. 27 at the StubHub Center in Los Angeles. 

The clinic will open on July 29 at Liberty High School with three sessions. There will be an early session from 8-10 a.m. for players ages 6-9 with registration at 7 a.m...
