How they got here: Madera received a first-round bye, defeated No. 7 Hanford West, 13-4 in the quarterfinals and defeated No. 3 Tulare Western, 6-5, in nine innings in the semifinals. After receiving a first-round bye, Memorial defeated No. 9 Sunnyside 16-3 in the quarterfinals and advanced to the title game with a 14-7 win against No. 5 Redwood in the semifinals.
