After celebrating a Central Valley Athletic League championship last week, Thomas Jefferson Middle School eighth grade baseball coach Lance Leach had to text his players that the game had to be replayed.

“Looks like we have to replay the championship game from the point of the protested home run, practice tomorrow after school,” the text read on Tuesday.
