The Liberty Hawks football team scored touchdowns in all four quarters Friday to set up a North Sequoia League championship game this week.

The Hawks (7-1, 3-1 NSL) allowed just 156 yards to the Kerman Lions for a 28-0 victory at Liberty’s Senior Night on Friday. That sets up the NSL championship game with Chowchilla (4-0 NSL) on Friday.

“We did a good job shutting them down and we were more physical,” head coach Mike Nolte said.

The Hawks doubled the offensive output of Kerman with 313 yards. The Hawks rushed for 158 yards and quarterback Zach Richey threw for 155 yards and three touchdowns...
