The Madera South Stallions faced a team that proved balanced scoring generally wins out over reliance on just one or two players.
Carly Kosinski, Dominique Humphrey and Carissa Arias combined for 32 points Wednesday in the Pirates’ 40-25 triumph at Madera South High.The Stallions (6- 15, 1-4 NYL) will host defending North Yosemite League champion Hoover-Fresno tonight at 7:30.
Kosinski, a sophomore shooting guard, and Arias, a 5-foot-9 junior forward, each scored 11 points while Humphrey added 10 for Reedley (7-12, 3-2 NYL).
