Races aren’t won on Saturdays.

For most drivers, a trip to victory lane doesn’t begin at the starting line. It begins with hard work prior to race day. Many hours of practice, maintenance on the car and making adjustments before the race are the key contributing factors to earning a win in the main.

That was clearly evident in all the racing divisions on Saturday during Hot July Race Night at the LoanMart Madera Speedway featuring the LunkerDaddy Limited Late Models, Hobby Stocks, MST, Toyota Sedans, 4-Bangers, Mini Cups, and 18-Second Bracket Race.

Seven different drivers got a taste of victory Saturday but it wasn’t all by accident...
