No. 3 Madera hosts No. 6 Exeter at 1 p.m. Saturday in the Div. II quarters
After going 6-4 in the County/Metro Athletic Conference and finishing third, the Madera Coyote girls water polo team earned a home playoff game to open the Div. II playoffs.
The Coyotes, seeded third, will host No. 6 seed Exeter at the McAlister Aquatic Complex at 1 p.m. Saturday.
“I have the confidence we will get the first one,” senior co-captain Leanna Page said. “We’ve worked hard the last two weeks.”
“I felt good about our seed,” head coach Erik Baymiller said “Exeter is about the same level at us, but I really don’t know anything about them. It should be a close game.” ...
