Indian fair, pow wow set for this weekend

The Sierra Mono Museum will play host at its 47th annual Indian Fair Days and Pow Wow Saturday and Sunday at Minarets High School, 45077 Road 220, in O’Neals.

This year’s event theme is “Honoring the Youth” and organizers say the public is invited and encouraged to attend the “colorful celebration of native dance, tradition, song, food, and art.

“We will have dance competitions with the grand entrance at noon both days.”
