Moran's single leads Fresno Grizzlies to 5-4 win over Salt Lake Bees

FRESNO, Calif. (AP) -- Colin Moran hit a two-run single in the seventh inning, leading the Fresno Grizzlies to a 5-4 win over the Salt Lake Bees on Tuesday.

 

Brendan McCurry got Kaleb Cowart to ground out with a runner on first to end the game for his second save of the season.

 

The single by Moran scored Tony Kemp and Derek Fisher and was the game's last scoring play.

Reymin Guduan (5-4) got the win in relief while Brooks Pounders (1-2) took the loss in the Pacific Coast League game.

 

Despite the loss, Salt Lake is 6-2 against Fresno this season.
