Justice for our animal friends, too

It has been a year since I was rescued and the person who put a rubber band around my nose was found, yet the court case is still going on in Madera. They keep delaying and trying to make deals, but I don’t want another person to be slapped on the wrist for severely hurting an animal.

Animal abuse is a felony and should be treated as such. Its time to let them know and set a precedent for abusers, but my animal friends and I can’t speak for ourselves.

Some of my human friends have been calling the Madera District Attorney’s Office today to express their frustrations. Many friends on Instagram and Facebook are rallying behind us, as well. If all of my friends called or emailed, they may begin to take us seriously. Together we are strong!
