Rescue mission needs donations of a commodity
Madera Rescue Mission Auxiliary is campaigning to stock up on a common commodity of which the mission is getting short — toilet paper.
Auxiliary president Betty Smith has declared June to be Toilet Paper Month, and says she hopes donations will roll in.
“I am just hoping that we can get a good amount that we can stack up, because it is a constant need,” Smith said.
