Man with outstanding warrant arrested
Madera police have arrested a man wanted on a $50,000 warrant and found possessing methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.
Officers observed the suspect riding a bicycle in in the area of North Lake Street and Yosemite Avenue, said Cpl. Mark Trukki.
“When calls allow, our patrol officers always proactively seek out those who are carrying out their illegal activities in our city,” Trukki said.
The suspect was quickly apprehended without resistance late on May 14.
