It would be okay if it’s distributed through regular outlets, such as Walgreens, CVS and Walmart, but no separate medical marijuana outlet. Also, it should be in no form except tablets, capsules or liquid.

I want to put in my 2 cents about this high speed rail fiasco. For one thing, it won't even stop in Madera. We will have to drive at least 30 miles in either direction to get on the stupid thing.
Just returned from Illinois and returned a rental car. A driver took me back to our place of stay. We talked on the way. He was a licensed barber wanting to open his own shop.
