Here you are, folks. Forty to 50 years after the shortage of water was brought to our attention, it has arrived. Thousand-dollar monthly bills on the coast. Folsom Lake drying up. Area people in an uproar. Two-hundred-dollar an acre foot for irrigation water locally (if we get any).

Ground water dropping faster than nitrogen can catch it. More cost and more regulation. Neither of these will help; it’s to late. Our left-wing environmentalists have won.

This valley is on the brink of extinction as we know it. And its all man made. Costa, Pelosi, Feinstein, Boxer ... all catering to their self interests. Heard they put all their money in Bank of America. B of A has branches all over hell. They CAN take it with them.
