Perhaps the teachable moment in the Public Comments portion of the April 23 Madera County Board of Supervisors meeting was when Professor Baldwin Moy, Esq., observed that the board might be cannibalizing itself before the public eye.

Such a lack of decorum, propriety, respect and civilized restraint can but taint the public’s perception and trust in the process.
