Regarding the candidacy of Marcia Hall for county auditor/controller, I would like to report that Ms. Hall has behaved with complete prejudice against a small homeowners association in Eastern Madera County, the (Cascadel Woods Property Owners Association) CWPOA of which I am a member.

Ms. Hall tried to charge us over $18,000 in fees that she should have known well in advance were invalid. We have since won a decision in small claims court negating this amount and awarding the CWPOA just over $5,000 in fees that were owed to us.

This being an example of her competency level I can assure you I will be voting for Todd Miller in the upcoming election.

Warren Cox,
Madera County
