Moore, Okla., has received several tornado impacts over the years. Rebuilt eight times, I have read. They are still using sticks and nails. The damage shown by the last one was of all new wood splintered and strewn.

“Help!” they say, “we will rebuild!” Noble, but stupid. They describe their plight as “If a Bomb went off.” Strange, when the West, Texas, fertilizer plant blew up, it was described as “If a tornado went through.” By these accounts they must be the same.

They need to build everything out of concrete. If they want their house to look “normal” then put vinyl siding over the concrete. Every yard should have a 36 inch section of concrete culvert in the back yard to duck into at a moments notice. As for those storm chasers, they need to be out of the gene pool.

Would you drive into a storm like that? Would you stand on a beach with a tape measure to measure the height of a Tsunami? If so, we don’t need you in the gene pool, either. The Big Bad Wolf taught us years ago to build out of bricks. The Bible says not to build on sand. Simple logic that has been ignored.
