Kenneth Wilson is in a Fresno jail charged with an execution-style murder. He has put forth information on a 2001 murder in Madera County. This information seems to incriminate himself. Sheriff Anderson seems eager to bring charges against him and “clear” the case before he retires.

With the cost of a murder trial in mind, perhaps our D.A. should wait until Fresno deals with Wilson? If that trial fails, then go forward with this case. The type of callous murder he is charged with will put him in jail for life. He will be out of society, which is what we do. We will not execute him so as long as he is “away;” why spend more money on him?
