California Senate President Pro Tem Darrell Steinberg announced that Sen. Rod Wright will be on paid leave of absence. Wright has been convicted on voter fraud and perjury charges.

Wright will continue to receive his salary of $95,291 annually. If they feel so strongly that he should be on “Leave of Absence” I recommend that each senator dig into their salaries to pay him, and not my tax dollars.
