My name is Frank Hogan and I was recently convicted of murder, in Madera County, and sentenced. My conviction is based completely on circumstantial evidence and un-truths concocted by the Madera County District Attorney’s Office.

The corruption of Madera’s judicial system is unbelievable. The unethical practices of the D.A. and his underlings, the judiciary tendency to favor the D.A.’s motions and deny defense motions, when legally possible, and court appointed defense attorneys are being denied adequate funds for a proper defense. These are just a few of the wrong-doings going on. Madera’s District Attorney’s Office is once again under investigation.

How many audits, investigations and discrimination lawsuits will it take before the citizens of Madera demand something to be done. Considering it is their tax dollars paying for all of it. When is enough, enough?

Frank Hogan,
Corcoran
