I stopped by a bank in downtown Madera this morning (7 a.m. 1/9/14) on the way to work and couldn’t help but notice the dark city skyline. Albert Hitchcock lives here! We don’t need a polar vortex to suffer a “white out” in downtown Madera (5th and D streets).

Whatever the city is doing to deal with the birds is “nothing to crow about.” The sky is falling!
