In the Aug. 31 Tribune I really enjoyed the “Welcome To Madera” special section.

On page six of that section there was a photograph of three men. The caption read: “Road Commissioner Johannes Hoevertz, left, stands with Supervisor Ronn Dominici, right, and a road worker.

My immediate thought was: Is a road worker so unimportant that he needs not to be named?
