Woman suspected of prostitution arrested

A Nevada woman was arrested in Coarsegold on four outstanding warrants for prostitution after someone spotted her photo on Facebook and alerted authorities.

Andrea Beavers, 28, who goes by “Diamond Beavers,” was arrested shortly after 3 p.m. Friday.

Beavers, who uses nearly a dozen aliases according to the Madera County Sheriff’s Department, was wanted on a $500,000 warrant out of San Bernardino, a $100,000 out of Long Beach, a $26,000 warrant out of Los Angeles County and a $10,000 warrant out of San Diego, said sheriff’s spokeswoman Erica Stuart.
